Shrimp Curry – 4 servings 2lbs small shrimp Curry Mix Bell Pepper Onion Rice Sauté vegetables in olive oil while peeling shrimp, dissolve curry with water into the same pan, add peeled shrimp and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Grouper with Blue Cheese – 2 servings 1 filet fresh Grouper Blue Cheese Bell Peppers Mushrooms Pasta Sauté vegetables in the oil from the blue cheese, lightly season the grouper with garlic salt and pepper. Cook the grouper on medium heat 4 minutes per side, flipping once, add 1/2 cup blue cheese, when melted the meal is ready.
Shrimp Boil with Broccoli – 5 servings 3 lbs small Shrimp 1 small bottle liquid boil 1 bag of Zatarain's crab boil Cocktail Sauce Broccoli Salt Add broccoli to seasoned boiling water for 5 minutes, add shrimp to boiling water for 1 minute, turn off heat, cool down water with a small amount of ice to stop boiling and let shrimp and veggie soak for a few minutes to pick up spices.
Tuna Steak with Asparagus – 2 servings 1 thick cut of fresh Tuna Asparagus Steam the asparagus for 8-10 minutes, sprinkle Tuna with Soy Sauce and Ginger. Season with cracked black pepper, bring olive oil up to high heat in a skillet and sear tuna for 1 minute on each side or desired length of cook time.
